SHIPPING INFORMATION
Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed, however during busy campaign periods we may need extra time to prepare and package your order. In these instances, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse.

On Demand Delivery offers maximum customer satisfaction
DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) offers recipients various handy and flexible delivery options: you can choose when and where DHL Express delivers the parcel.
As soon as the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all delivery details.
We ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Our warehouse is closed for national holidays stated below and religious holidays Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, whose dates vary every year.
Please note that the courier does not deliver on National holidays and religious holidays.

TO THE ATTENTION OF OUR EU CUSTOMERS:
From 1 July, 2021 the Value Added Tax (VAT) rules in the European Union (EU) will change. The VAT exemption for the importation of goods with a value not exceeding 22 EUR will be removed. As a result, all goods imported to the EU will be subject to VAT.
What does that mean for our EU customers? Currently, our EU customers were able to purchase our goods online VAT-free if the consignment of good(s) was valued at €22 or below. This will be ending on 1 July 2021 and all purchases made from EU will be subject to EU VAT. For imports valued at €150 or more, regular duty and tax rates will still apply. The buyer’s delivery address will determine the country-specific VAT rate, which is 20% of the total paid amount for most countries. To help you see beforehand, we placed a widget calculating the estimated VAT to the cart page.
As we ship orders delivery duty unpaid (DDU), import VAT will be owed by the customer at delivery and will not be our responsibility. DHL or your country’s customs authorities will contact you about the VAT process. Please be aware that if you decide not to take the order after it arrives to your delivery address because of the VAT applied and the order returns to us, we will not be responsible for the refunding of any costs.
Item Availability
In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled and ask if you'd prefer a refund or a replacement for the missing item(s).
